يوم دراسيّ كامل لإجراء انتخابات المجلس الطّلابيّ 2019-2020!
تمكينًا لقيم المواطنة والمسؤوليّة المجتمعيّة، وتعزيزًا لمفهوم التّعلّم بالتّجربة والحياة عند المتعلّمين، خصّص قسم الحياة الطّلابيّة في المدرسة اللّبنانيّة العالميّة يومًا دراسيّا كاملاً لإجراء انتخابات المجلس الطّلابيّ 2019-2020، وذلك يوم السّبت في 5 تشرين الأول 2019.
تنوّعت فقرات اليوم الانتخابيّ، من حضور لقاءات تفاعليّة لشرح العمليّة الانتخابيّة بتفاصيلها وتعزيز حسّ النّزاهة عند المتعلّمين لاختيار المتعلّم الأكثر كفاءة، مرورًا بإجراء عمليّة الاقتراع وفرز الأصوات وكتابة نصوص تعبيريّة باللّغتين العربيّة والإنكليزيّة، وصولاً إلى إعلان النّتائج وتسلّم المجلس الطّلابيّ الجديد مهامه.
وقد عمل الفريق التّربويّ في المدرسة على مواكبة اليوم الانتخابيّ الطويل وتقييم حركة المتعلّمين تربويًا وأكاديميًا!
A Whole Scholastic Day for Student Elections (2019_2020)
In an attempt to reinforce the values of citizenship and social responsibility and foster experiential learning,Student Life in LIS allotted a whole scholastic day for students to have the elections of 2019-2020.
The sessions of the day varied as learners attended interactive meetings that explained the process in details and encouraged integrity since the best students were later chosen.The day also included the voting process and counting the votes along with Arabic and English writing activities.Finally, the results were announced and the new Student Council took over its new responsibilities.
Educators all over the school accompanied learners during that long day and evaluated learners on the educational and academic levels.
